If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return any unused and unopened product within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Our customer service team must be contacted for a return approval before goods are returned. Returned items must be in original packaging and resaleable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 10 business days once your return has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and items marked as Final Sale or complimentary gifts are not eligible for return or refund. If you have been delivered a damaged or defective product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund. We do not have exchanges at Cléra at the moment. If you'd like to exchange a product, please initiate a return and order a new product from our website. All orders are shipped within 1 3 business days and arrive within 3 10 business days, based on your location. Shipping is determined at checkout, and free shipping promotions apply to qualifying orders. You'll receive a tracking number by email when shipped. Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as Cléra is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, provided it has not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be cancelled. Your privacy is greatly respected at Cléra. We collect only information necessary to complete your order such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information and utilize the information only to complete your purchase and provide you with a better experience. Your information will never be disclosed or traded to third parties except trusted service providers like payment gateways and shipping providers. Payment must be made in advance in full before processing, and all payments are made through encrypted gateways for security so your details are safe. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or services due to excessive or fraudulent return activity, to be fair to our other customers.
